Mr. Manoj Kumar Saluja brings over three decades of entrepreneurial excellence and wealth creation expertise to Viewpoint Realtors. His remarkable journey began in 1990 in the automotive sector, where he excelled in car modification and distribution. In 2002, he made a strategic pivot into real estate, focusing on investment and sales. By 2009, he had expanded his portfolio to include franchisee stores and rental PG business, consistently delivering exceptional returns for investors.
As a pioneer in real estate investment and development, Mr. Saluja has been instrumental in helping numerous investors build significant wealth through strategic property investments. His expertise in identifying high-potential properties and market opportunities, developed through establishing a full-fledged real estate business in 2014, has created substantial value for investors. Since 2020, he has refined his focus to real estate investment and development, bringing his wealth of experience and market insight to Viewpoint Realtors. A seasoned professional with over 17 years of diverse experience, Varun's journey began with a campus placement at Info edge India Ltd. in 2007. After completing his fast-track MBA from School of Inspired Leadership in 2011, he joined SAS Inc. as Associate Business Manager with the highest package. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to found BETA Filtration Technology Pvt Ltd. in 2014, where he successfully managed global automotive product exports until 2020. From 2021 to 2024, he demonstrated his business acumen as a franchise partner with a leading recruitment firm. Now At Viewpoint, Varun brings his experience in BD, expanding partner network, Win-Win negotiations, and client relationship to help grow the organization to the next level
Mr. Aakarsh Saluja
Director and Legal Head
A qualified corporate lawyer with over 5 years of expertise in corporate law, disputes, compliance, and contracts. His impressive career includes roles at LeadSquared as Lead Legal, GalaxEye as Legal Associate, and Compliance.ai as a Legal and Business Analyst. His experience spans drafting and negotiating high-value transactions, ATS, BBA, managing regulatory compliance, and providing strategic legal guidance.
